***Auction/Sealed Bids*** The Dawson-Bryant Board of Education will be auctioning one used football scoreboard through the sealed bid process. The property will be conveyed “as is”, “where is”, and “with all faults” as of the date of the bill of sale, without any representation or warranty whatsoever as to its condition, fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability or any other warranty, express or implied. All sealed bids must be received by Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 10:00 A.M., at which time all bids will be opened. Submit all bids to the following address: Dawson-Bryant Local School District, c/o Bradley Miller, Treasurer, 701 High Street, Coal Grove, OH 45638. The successful buyer, at their own expense, will be responsible for removing the item from school property by a date to be determined by the school district. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
